Mithun is an award winning cinematographer who has shot over 300 commercials for iconic brands like Pepsi, eBay, Fiat, Diageo, Panasonic and Bridgestone. He has also shot over 50 music videos, 2 feature documentaries and has multiple long form narrative projects in post production.

He has studied film, photography and advertising at UCLA and SVA.
